The Use of Lasers (Ablative Laser, Non-ablative Laser, Fractional Laser, Photobiomodulation (PBM)) in Skin Regeneration

چکیده

Lasers have been used in a variety of industries, but we will concentrate on their use medicine, specifically dermatology. I concentrated three types lasers this article (ablation, non-ablative lasers, and fractional lasers). The laser causes skin contraction as result wound stimulation collagen during the healing phase dermis, upper thermal ablation. Laser ablation is more dangerous because it heats up dermis. A affects inner dermis layer, which contains collagen, rather than epidermis, stimulates vital component. An ablative laser, other hand, peels off skin's outer layer. According to research, these produce unfavorable outcomes. Therefore, PBM technology was without interactions effects skin, increasing patient satisfaction with rejuvenation. This what concluded through search engines Scopus, Google Scholar, EndNote application.

FRAC3: Three Dimensional Non-Ablative Fractional Laser Skin Rejuvenation

A novel self-induced non-ablative threedimensional fractional FRAC3 method for skin rejuvenation is described. The method utilizes short pulse duration/high peak power density of Nd:YAG Accelera mode laser pulses. The Accelera pulses produce a three-dimensional fractional pattern in the epidermis and dermis, with damage islands located predominantly at the sites of skin imperfections. Thermal m...

Next generation Er:YAG fractional ablative laser

Pantec Biosolutions AG presents a portable fractional ablative laser system based on a miniaturized diode pumped Er:YAG laser. The system can operate at repetition rates up to 500 Hz and has an incorporated beam deflection unit. It is smaller, lighter and cost efficient compared to systems based on lamp pumped Er:YAG lasers and incorporates a skin layer detection to guarantee precise control of...

The spectrum of laser skin resurfacing: nonablative, fractional, and ablative laser resurfacing.

UNLABELLED The drive to attain cosmetic facial enhancement with minimal risk and rapid recovery has inspired the field of nonsurgical skin rejuvenation. Laser resurfacing was introduced in the 1980s with continuous wave carbon dioxide (CO(2)) lasers; however, because of a high rate of side effects, including scarring, short-pulse, high-peak power, and rapidly scanned, focused-beam CO(2) lasers ...

Evaluation of an ablative and non-ablative laser procedure in the treatment of striae distensae.

BACKGROUND Striae distensae or stretch marks are atrophic linear dermal scars with epidermal atrophy. There are many therapeutic options for management, but no consistently effective modality is available yet. OBJECTIVE We compared the efficacy of 1064 nm long pulse (LP) Nd: YAG laser and 2940 nm variable square pulse (VSP) erbium: YAG laser in the treatment of striae distensae. METHODS Twe...

Treatment of Posttraumatic Scar with Ablative Fractional Erbium: YAG Laser

Scars following trauma [1] is a cause of concern for many a patient. Various modalities have been used for the treatment of scars over the years. Corticosteroids, dermabrasion, surgical revision, chemical peeling, silicone gel application, pressure therapy, and radiation have been used with varying results [2]. Ablative lasers such as the carbon dioxide (CO2), erbium: yttrium-aluminum-garnet (E...
